Emotional Wellness Using Essential Oils

We had such an informative presentation today about how essential oils have been life changing for our speaker, Bella Ely, and her daughter and husband. Bella shared her experiences and told us that results are individual and it's up to each of us to find what works for us. I'm inspired to do just that. Watch the video and share your thoughts. Have you used essential oils? What results have you experienced with them?

Learn Muscle Breathing Relaxation and Groove Dance With Meltem

Watch the amazing session we had with Meltem Arikan today. She led us in Groove dance. We learned a process to help us connect to our bodies like it was when we were children. A couple of us even had an emotional release.

We also learned how autistic people tend to be more in the sympathetic nervous system that can lead to increased muscle tension and anxiety. Meltem taught us a technique of muscle breathing relaxation that helps to keep the nervous system regulated. It really works to feel more relaxed and to stop anxious thinking in the moment.
